 - Managing  of total phenolics  and betacyanin accumulation in hydroponically plants     by nitrogen supply. Quantitative Determination of Redox-Active Polyphenolics from   Nitrogen stressed plants.

- Development  aeroponic plant growing systems.

- Development a novel methodology for long-time preservation of extra virgin olive oil, the Long Life Extra Virging Oil (LL-EVOO)
